ATTENTION TO ALL STUDENTS:
  • Students from Beginner to white Belt may not engage in Sparring.
  • All students engaging in Sparring must wear mouth guard, head gear, shin guard, arm guard, chest guard & cup or supporter.
  • Students that are YELLOW BELT and above should purchase sparring gears & bring all their gears to the class always.
  • Please come to class at least 10mins. before your class starts  then sit crossed-legged at the back or side of the mat and  keep quiet.
  • Please Do not Disturb the current class.
